In 2000, London went through a bit of a Transport revolution with the establishment of Transport for London (TfL) which consolidated a number of Transport Agencies and embarked on a journey to deliver a “step change” in Transport for the City. But has the City continued to advance?
In September 2011, the NSW Government announced that it would be introducing an electronic ticketing system called Opal. It was to be phased in slowly to eventually replace all current tickets in Sydney, Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Hunter, Illawarra and Southern Highlands. But could the system be improved?
