PeopleTrans are helping to develop a number of Sydney’s largest public transport projects including Sydney Metro, Parramatta Light Rail and B-Line. We have recently won another high-profile project and are looking to grow our team.

We are looking for a talented recent graduate with an interest in transport planning and traffic engineering to help deliver projects across Sydney. This is full time permanent position.

This is a unique opportunity to join a strongly growing business, reporting directly to senior staff which will provide an excellent opportunity for learning and influencing project outcomes.

About You

Are you passionate about Transport and looking to assist with directly impacting Transport in Sydney? Are you looking for an opportunity within the Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning industry to start your career? Do you have the desire to learn about this industry whilst working on real projects? Are you self-motivated and willing to work within a small but experienced team? If this is you, then we would like to hear from you!

To qualify for this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
•  Have an interest in furthering your career within the transport planning & engineering field.
•  Be able to work within a small team environment.
•  Have excellent analytical skills using Excel.
•  Have excellent communication skills, both in verbal and written format.
•  Be able to provide a current reference.
•  Ideally have a driver’s license.

We are a privately-owned traffic and transport consultancy centrally located above Wynyard station within the Sydney CBD close to public transport and are looking to interview for one position to start as soon as possible.
